I paid for overnight delivery on Monday and was assured by the Post Office personnel it would be there on Tuesday, Feb. 28th. This was a very time sensitive package with the potential for significant delay cost to me. After tracking continuously since Feb. 28th the details show it never left Hamilton until Mar. 1 and was not delivered to Toronto until Mar. 2. It took a refund promise of the XPress fee to light a fire under the Canada Post system. No one could give me a reason for the failure to timely deliver as promised and paid for. I can only give the individual issuing the Service Ticket a positive review. Your delivery service does not rate anything near a positive review.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
