Sent a package to my son on Feb. 24th by express post from Ontario to Alberta says it was delivered today March 7th. Express post is supposed to be 3 to 5 days. What do you pay the higher price for when it ends up taking over a week? Seevice is NOT like it used to be.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
