I have a bad review unfortunately. I have a parcel sitting in the post office in Ontario and it has been sitting there for more than a month. And I contact Canada Post Support to talk to someone andcI get an automated response and then it connect me with the expert that will find my package for me. When the expert connects he won't help me unless I give him my credit card information. I go back to customer support and as soon as they connect with my conversation they forward right to the last comment about connecting me to the expert. And I don't get to even start typing and the automated receptionist directs to the credit card info for the expert . Why can't I talk to a person

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
