My review is not a good one! I sent a pkg from Vaughan to Whitby. I paid extra to have it delivered the nxt day. Which would have been Tuesday March 15. It has been sitting in Missauga and hasn’t moved! As well as tracking it I have called response is this only happens to about 4% of the pkgs! And I can get my $4 back! It is a gift and I’m hoping it can still get there! No answers No help. Very unhappy, won’t do it again. Signed one of the 4%!

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
