I tracked my item all day. Said it would be delivered by the end of the day my item needed a signature but then I received another notice that said it could not be delivered. THERE WAS NEVER AN ATTEMPT MADE TO DELIVER. I was home the entire day. I had other things I could have done. This is not the first time. Shame

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
