I registered a mail on April 12th to go to UK. The registered mail according to the tracking was still in Mississauga . I called call centre and spoke to supervisor on May 7th and according to him Canada post had problems on April 12th. II gave all the information and I was supposed to receive email by May 5th. I never received the email. To day I got a letter May 3rd asking all the details again. In the mean time my nephew missed a bank draft and the birthday card. Canada post has a tracking number as it keeps indicating it is on the way after almost a month. Now I have send them all the information again so they can investigate. It

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
