Brutal service: paid over $60 for a small letter to be delivery, within 2 business days from Barrie, Ontario mid Thursday May 4/23 to Bridgewater, Nova Scotia (~ 1hour past Halifax). Tracker showed it was close by on Sunday morning May 7/23 later that day it said next day delivery. Stayed home that day & even a 11pm said it was still going to come on Monday. Then the delivery date changed to end of day on Wednesday May 19/23. .... totally unacceptable! On Tuesday May 9/23, it is still shown in Toronto where to was on early Friday. I can't accept this amount of deception I will always go with the forthcoming & truthful courier service in my opinion = zero stars.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
