Tracking information has no times, just days. And it doesn’t even have the right starting day. And if I am to believe them, my guaranteed next day delivery Express Post envelope has been out for delivery driving around North York for 2 days now. Useless!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
