I was misled before submitting my package that my package will be delivered in 12 days. I was told if I submit my package by international express it will take 12 days and with tracking number I can track it. It’s been 10 days in total and my package is being stuck with customs. Firstly, they said they will refund my money now they say I have to contact customs directly or contact receiver to check with the package as they are not responsible. The services of Canada post is ridiculous I could choose better courier services as they charged me $188 and now not even providing me any resolution.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
