I'm diabetic been trying to get a parcel delivered to my residence but always goes to someone else's address been trying for a year now needs to be signed no one at Canada post will help supervisors won't call me back my medication is life important to me from Bedford N.S.worst company I ever dealt with I get other people's mail and parcels but mine at my door supose to leave me a card so I can pick up at post office but card doesn't come goes to other peoples address its so frustrating no help from there office or carriers!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
