It doesn't even give the information to track my package it just says waiting for item and not telling me where it is and ots frustrating and the delivery is very slow my past 3 orders got delayed by 3 days and it comes in 12 days so my order came 15 days later which is ridiculous

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
