The service is slow ! I had 3 expedited parcels from B.C. to Alberta. Have been checking the status of my delivery each day for a week if not more and the site promises delivery at least 3 times but I get various updates that tell me it's still in transit. Not impressed!!!!!!!

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
