Just lately I have not been receiving my parcels on time and it gets very frustrating. Then I call and talk to agents and I'm being told different information by every agent that I've talked to. Like today I talk to an agent at 11:00 this morning and I was told that I would get my parcel kitty which is September the 13th. The parcel was supposed to be here yesterday which was September the 12th. I don't know what has happening on your end but it would be nice to get the proper information from live agents and have the agent not being rude when you talk to them

  • My cancer medications have been sitting at the Edmonton warehouse since the 15th. I understand the strike is going on. However just as government checks are important to get to customers; it is vitally important to get medications to customers also. Patients/customers require this medication or they would not be getting it.

  • my parcel has been sitting in Toronto since tuesday...that was last up date I get parcels often usually day by day up date and parcel is always on the move...why is it sitting this time for 3 days..time to change carriers
