I have send a urgent document put as a priority letter on September 25 and paid $ 26.00 Canada post has forwarded this letter on October 9th from Montreal to the international destination... where has the urgent letter been in 15 days and now I can't even track it... that's an so insane and poor service and I can't recommend Canada post at all to others

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
