This is the worst carrier ever, I paid for my letters/ documents to get to my country supposedly on time and this is the day that those papers are not even close to get there. Almos a month in a few days. I paid for it to arrive in my country in two weeks. I'm checking on it since i paid a tracking fee and it says is on its way to Montreal after a month and its going to Montreal??? Its destination is South America! In the envelope are important documents that need to be processed in a certain time period. They say 2 weeks! DHL did an excellent job with my other documents they got there in less than a week now I'm waiting for my other documents to arrive.....I have a very bad feeling about all of this I should sue Canada post

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
