My package has been sitting at a location for 8 days ! No updates, nothing. Was ordered in lots of time to be here for the weekend and now will not receive it. I have chatted online with customer service who just kept telling me “it’s on its way”. I can clearly SEE the location and it has not moved since March 6! I have asked for contact number or something to call the depot to find out what is going on but they don’t have a number ? Canada Post does not have phone numbers to their depots ??? They created a ‘ticket’ for me yesterday which will give me updates when it moves ? I already am signed up to get email alerts. I want to know WHEN my package will move! Sad thing is, it is located just an hour away and I would drive and get it myself. So disappointed and no help to fix the problem.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
