I don’t know if it’s Canada Post or the USPS but both of these systems are god awful. My package has been in my hometown (less than 10 miles away) since March 15 but as of yesterday it is now 40 miles away. No updates with any accurate information. I’m starting to believe that my package hasn’t left Toronto and they are just blowing smoke up my ass with these updates. I’d rather drive to Toronto from Chicago and personally pick up my package. This will be the first and last time I ever use this company

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
