i tracked it they sent it to calgary first then to montreal then in dieppe near to my house 10 min away and then halifax and now in sydney. Still canada post have no idea why my parcel is travelling all over canada. Correct address everything clearly written. generated ticket i think 4 times and calling them everyday from last 11 days. none of their employee know what to do. a simple route was brampton to NB but thanks to canada post. keep it up they have no idea what they are working for. god bless such company. a forceful one star guys i really do not want to give them a single star even

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
