I love canada post I never had the issue since now I had placed 2 orders with the same site 4 days ago i received my one parcel with no problem. My second parcel hasn't arrived. I've been getting emails from canada post saying my parcel is ready for pickup but never got the pickup slip. When I called customer service they said there was a first delivery attempt. I told them I was home and no delivery was attempted. I have dogs and always alert us when someone's entering the driveway. There was no delivery attempt made and no pickup slip left. Called them back they said the parcel is rescheduled for delivery on Monday April 8 hopefully it comes

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
