I love post office delivery because I know it will be in my parcel post box and a key will be in my parcel box unlike Amazon where you have a permanent thing in your profile that you need to have the package handed to me or someone in the apartment but I always get a pictures of my missing box or they give you a refund for half the package when it's in the same box problems I'm having with Amazon my stuff may be late sometimes extremely late but it will get to my postal box

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
