Sent a parcel overseas. Never arrived. CP then tell me I should never have been allowed to insure it for the amount I did, but grudging added they will have to honour it as the post took the order. They also had to look into my "background" to check I hadn't done anything like this before as if I had the claim would be denied. Trying to make me feel like a criminal when they lost a parcel that no amount of insurance money will ever replace due to the sentimental value. I just want the package delivered if returned. They have zero interest in trying to find out exactly what happened. I would give them zero stars if I could. If I never have to send one single letter or card using them ever again I will be fine with that.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
