I returned equipment to Cogeco by Canada Post on June 6th and have not been able to get a delivery confirmation as of June 25, 2024. The parcel seemed to be in limbo and there was no change in status when I entered the tracking no. online. I finally called Cogeco and they confirmed receipt of the equipment. Canada Post tracking system needs to be improved.

  • My cancer medications have been sitting at the Edmonton warehouse since the 15th. I understand the strike is going on. However just as government checks are important to get to customers; it is vitally important to get medications to customers also. Patients/customers require this medication or they would not be getting it.
