Shipped twice with canada post. First one paid $280 for Express 3 day shipping, took 11 days for it to arrive. Second time shipped 3 items and they lost one, they say it is on the way now but who knows if it really is. Customer service is terrible and have zero answers or any knowledge to help you!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
