This is the worst post I have come across, I have done a registered post on the 21st to Australia with a tracking number, on enquiry the agent said that my documents have reached Saudi Arabia on the 29th oct. and they dont have any updates thereafter. He said that I will have to wait for 30days for any further investigation. I am an Australian citizen and it does not work like this in Australia. I am very upset as I dont have any idea about my document as this the original document ant very important to me

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
