Trying to track my package, I paid for 3 day delivery 7 days ago and all the tracking info this gives me is that I dropped it off on the 14 th, it's not delivered yet, where is it. I am not shopping for a muffler I want to know where my important package is, the recipient needed it on Wednesday

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
