This has been by far the worst experience ever!! Order my item Dec 3rd and still have not received it and it's 2 days before Christmas Eve!! I have called multiple times and have had a different reason as to why it's late then have been told for three days now that I should receive the package each day. And once again it did NOT show up today. I will never use this service after this. Way to wreck a little boys Christmas is it does not show up. The most important gift too!!!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
