Major pissed off! I have two trackable parcels that have been cleared through and processed, and out for delivery, but last scan was January 6th and I never received them. Once it is for delivery, it's at the door promptly -- not one month a one month time lapse. Customer service department is like it is run by dead people as they were not too inclined to an extra mile to resolve this, instead opened my ticket numbers and closed them after a week virtually no investigation. Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
