I tracked my package. Website stated delivered and card left for directions of pick up. I paid for a signature as I have sent sensitive material that needs to be returned. I also clicked on map and the delivery shows France when the package was to be sent to Austin, Texas. So where is my package? How do I know when someone will sign for it?

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
