Sent a important package to feincee. Payed for 1 day delivery. Exsplained that it needed to arive in 1 day. They informed me that it was no problem. She needed it asap because of medical reasons and was the utmost importance. Sent morning of march 19th. By 4:30pm on the 20th it still had not arrived. Called and was told they were holding it in regina were i sent it, to varify address. The address was on the package i sent. Why did they wait for me to call to varify the address i had writen on package was the right one. My fiancee waited by her mailbox from 9am to 8pm march 20th for these medical supplies and it never did arrive. But it was in regina 9am that morning. They refused to deliver it. Instead waited for me to call from vancouver because i was concerned it wasnt being delivered to varify address. Why did they need to varify address when its writen on the package. Very angry at how this was done. Never use postal service again
