I dropped off an enveloped at our post office in Bath Ontario on April 7th Xpress Service with an expected delivery in Sutton Quebec on April 9th. It’s now April 15 and the envelope still has not arrived. It’s only a 425 km drive to Sutton. The Canada Post charge was over $17 vs general delivery which I guess would be less than $2.00.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
