Lost my package.

Express post is just another name for snail mail and seems to not be any faster than standard mail. Very disappointing when you need something and don’t get what you paid for.

Tracked my package this morning and it showed on its way and delivery is for next day. Just checked again and it shows still in Mississauga. What the heck?

Hasn’t been on time in a year, I get the same packages for the same people and instead of 2 days it’s always 4 days, might as well go threw register mail.

They didn’t deliver on time

I seen so many negative comments about post Canada Which mostly of them is a huge BS on my book registered mail to Philippines 26Canadian dollar same package 139$ was 2020 at the private career They left notes on my door for my mail from lawyer’s office from Vancouver even we have street locked mail box Then 18 years ago they did same to mail from turkey the mail person didn’t care to walking to my house to delivery note instead leaving it to unsecured mail box so you guys are just ignorant to criticizing Canada is best company and the hard workers efforts shame on you all If you not happy next time use the privet careers to pay 5 times more idiots

Tracking is lovely. Service is not. Tracking shows me that package containing a rare book há sat in Montreal - two hours drive from my home - for more than two days.

Thankful that goods ordered arrived quickly and securely in my mail box. Email notification received only when the parcel has been delivered. No tracking info was sent by Canada Post during the whole process as in other carrier ( Time when get out of warehouse, delivery steps, how long before arriving, expecting arrival time) even I had requested.

Frequently loose packages or they are delivered late

Not sure why you pay for priority post with Canada Post track said I would get my package last Friday never showed then said Tuesday again no show called to complain now my package say on hold wait for updates so I guess Priority post mean you are not a priority to them I would have given them less then 1 star if I could

I would love more info on my parcel but no one can tell me anything as to why it’s supposedly stuck at the border for 10 days
