Worst delivery, they don't even buzz apartment #

Over 2 weeks to get a package that was sent from an hour away.

If there were negative stars, CP would get 5. Package destined for Salt Spring Is. went from Richmond to Edmonton, from there to Kamloops then back to Richmond. Six days later I received the package.

Terrible service , my parcel was to sent to 2 different province and I am only a few hours away from where is was sent , how can such a thing happen ? I have been trying to speak to a real person and not a machine for close to 2 weeks and finally contact a human who tried to te me it was the senders fault , I informed that person I have a screen shot of that package with my address and tracking which proves that the fault us with them not the sender. I and my company along with family and friends will never use Canada post again, I am force to rate them which I think the deserve 2 thumbs down not worth 1 star

My package was supposed to arrive last week, the sorting depth sent my package to another province but not just one other province but two and no where close to where it was supposed to go , I called and they tried to blame the sender but to their surprise I gave a Screencast of the package with my correct address I WILL NEVER use Canada post again. , not for for my company and family and friends agree that Canada post will never be an option. For any of our shipping needs , at one time they were reliable but now they don't care what happens or how important your package is as long as we pay them. Good riddance to bad rubbish

Been waiting since May 3rd for one package and May 5th for another package. Stating they've been in sorting since those day

If you are using Canada Post tracking take the date it says it will be delivered and add 6 month then maybe it will arrive

Why do we pay for 48hr delivery and get it 72hours later. I dropped this off Fri morning paid 28bucks for express it's 2 provinces over its a letter. 2nd time in 2 weeks. I get things happen delays happen But I ordered something online Saturday I got an email hours later telling me it's shipped. It's getting here today. How's that possible. Don't sell empty promises for 28bucks. Nobody likes feeling ripped off. I relied on your promise and made important arrangements based on 48hr delivery. 1 time I understand 2times isn't right.

Very slow service, long time in transit

Slowest service in the world.

I can’t believe this! Tracking says 3 different things. Signed up for text and email updates and have nothing. Canada Post is down the toilet as far as I’m concerned.
