Surprisingly they release the item without proper information of the claimant, someone scammed me a parcel, the seller gave the tracking number to his friend to pick it up. And in end when I came to Post office, they said that the package was already picked up by somebody. Poor security. So disappointed

Always late delivery. Packages sit for days in locations with no updates. Very disappointing as I wish Canada Post was more competitive. I've supported CP when door to door delivery was being stopped. It's poor service

Snail mail for sure. Slow package delivery with little or no updates. Almost always late delivery.

I was surprised that early this morning it said y package would be delivered today , which was yesterday … I checked to see and it shows it in Thunder Bay ?. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Sended letter to Europe. It was registered mail and supposed to get there in a week and that was march 10 and still didn’t get there. Never use Canada post again Disappointed!!! If no stars that’s for their service.

Can’t believe priority post still doesn’t help. It says pkg arrived april 6 and the recipient still doesn’t have it!!!

Disgusting service, slow , workers are irresponsible and disorganized in Huntsville, Ontario.

Send something express and it gets stuck in Montreal

Typical, unfortunately, story: paid for next day delivery service to location 1 hour drive away. CP delivery notification came 3 days later. Why do they call it “next day delivery”?
