Sent a parcel on dated 17th March 2023 from India to canada but still It is struck in Richmond BC for customs review..very strange.I sent some home made eatables to my daughter....all that went waste

I dropped my parcel off march 30...paid extra for tracking and air delivery to UK from Vancouver. The system has its location April 1st. It is now April 12th and am I to understand its still in Richmond??! No other info about where it is now and I was promised 8 day delivery.

Sent a Christmas Card December 2022 from Orangeville, Ontario to Denver Colorado - only to find out delivered back to me April 2023 ?? So sent it back via express post - and promised delivery in 8 business days - well long past and paid the extra and tracking ... Seems to be stuck in Chicago , Illinois April 6th and still there as should be in Denver, Colorado by now????

Its been a month and tracking still tells me my package is still sitting in Ontario... what the hell...

Yes on March 20/23 I posted an item in prepaid box took me until April 06/ 23 from BC to Ontario purchase the prepackaged they said oh well never arrived still April 12/23 where my money and my items not delivered

If I could give minus stars I would they owe me over $2000 so don't bother getting insurance because they do not pay, All they do is pass on Your ticket to the next person until it finally gets deleted and you have to say something to them and they still don't do anything about it .save your money and use Another courier

Can't believe that it takes two weeks for a parcel to be delivered from Vancouver to Ottawa.

Canada post is the worst carrier service. So slow! Our mail/package carrier doesn’t even drop it at the door like she should. Always have a slip in the mailbox to pick the package up in town.

Package has been there for over a month….no help by phone…..no help online…….basically they stole it and nothing can be done about it.
