$16.95 Alberta to Manitoba, now 7 days and not there. Is there any federal dept that performs at even a minimal level.

Literally such bad service takes way longer then it should to get here and I paid for priority shipping would not recommend

Terrible service. Express post package sent on March 30, 2023 still shows OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 11, 2023. Complaint lodged shows resolution will be by April 28, 2023.:(

Horrible service , whats the point of paying extra for Express Post to get a pkg delivered sooner when its almost a week and still nothing....super unsatisfied !! Than go to speak to an agent online and they want your credit card number to hose you more, what a rip off ....

They take forever with deliveries….

I paid a lot for my parcel to get to Winnipeg in 2 days it's going on 6 days and still in transit. What a rip of. Even Amazon is faster

I am not happy I was told that my package would take 5 days it’s been 15 days and still not delivered. I paid for it to get there fast but not happening. I just hope they don’t lose it. Never again will I use Canada Post.

I like the new app to fill out the customs form and get a barcode. The change address feature if a confusing mess. Took me forever to figure out where and what the tracking number was on the receipt. Seems like you should have a QR for the tracking number on the receipt. Good attempt. Keep trying.

Always take time

Always late delivering parcels. Always end up waiting an extra day. So no.. not a great review.
