The worse company in the planet

When I check the tracking # it says my parcel was delivered and when I check where it's showing somewhere up town. Please find my parcel, it's a pool table so I don't know how it can be lost. LV708445755CN is my tracking #.

I ordered a book and it was shipped from Ontsrio on Dec 3rd. It arrived in Calgary AB on Dec 12th. It was delivered to Banff AB on March 30th!! Yes it took 108 days to travel 1.5 hours!! It finally arrived and our granddaughter loves her new book!

Missing my letter that was registered. What’s up with that ??

Very slow More than One week to deliver my passport form

What a disappointment!!!! I went in with a parcel for my son's Birthday. She gave me a couple of quotes. The fastest would be by express, he'd have it the next day. From Edmonton to Hinton. 3 hour drive . I sent it on the 4th, my son still has not received it. WTF!!!

They lost my 400$ jacket and I, not the company that shipped out had received any compensation for it yet. Nothing is ever on time with Canada Post.

From 23Mar23 a registered envelope as to date not being received, bad, very bad service

I was told my package would be delivered in 3 business days & it was therefore I’m satisfied. That is other than the high cost of Canada Post!

What a joke you are a package coming to Mn and you ship it across Mn to New York then to Chicago then coming to Mn 3 weeks really , it should have crossed at Baudette and i would have it already ?? i would go zero stars if i could

Regarding my parcel to USA the packet has no name its came out its ready to return me . I called canada post 1st time the gentleman was nicely reply but 2nd time a lady he don't like to talk . I asked for us post contact no but she don't. Hardly I found my self and talk to Schererville Indiana post office the lady very nice she help. My parcel has recover address misplaced so it's ready to return me. But after my called us post stop to return me. And says today it will deliver to my daughter. Waiting today till she receive

Worst service international, they would change and reschedule the day of the shipping as they want, they told my sister that they already charged her the tax and customs before the package leave her country so I need to pay nothing when I receive it, they still charged me $60 tax and customs, Why you’re charging me customs? My familt sent me a box of gifts for me and my kids, is there customs on gifts?

Canada Post is awesome I order stuff from across the country and its here in 4 days most of the time there always right when you check tracking and they give you a date it will arrive but sometimes it's a day earlier I'm really impressed with them

When you live in a 3rd world country like Canada should you really expect more from Canada Post?
