I paid extra to make sure my parcel was delivered by a specific date, well that was a waste of money. I’ll never count on that money grab again.

They need to stop hiring foreiners they cant read english enough to leave my package like the instructions said but on top of that they call then instantly hang up before i can say anything i go down to get my package to only be met with a slip like are you guys that stupid

Updates are not done often enough. Takes a lot longer to deliver to UK than what I paid for.

My package apparently came into Canada in mississauga Jan 21 we are now in April no package and no updates on where it is

I have been waiting 3 months for my parcel and all Canada post can tell me is it is in Ontario and cannot tell me why I can't receive my package

First time I used it and it will be the last.Typical government run haha

The service regarding registered mail never improves...awful.

It says item has arrived at Chicago on Mar 28 but as of today( apr 05) no more update since.
