Too bad there wasn't a less than zero rating ....nothing new in canada today

My parcels are being shipped to Nisku Alberta not to Beaumont or Edmonton as I wrote on the parcels. My parcels are sent to wrong address. This is Very upsetting.

Worst mail service in North America! Pure garbage.

It’s a total joke,saying tie same thing for 4 days now

Their services are worst nd customer service they provide are just wastage of time they just lost my important document nd its about 1 month m calling them on daily basis as consequence they did nothing

ackage to be sent expresspost. I should have received it in 3 days but it is now telling me a week. It does not take a friggin week to get from Alberta to Ontario. I have no idea of the location of my shipment at all and even with a tracking number it has told me nothing this whole time. The only update I have got is that my parcel will now take un additional 4 days to get here. Extremely upset at this point and will never use Canada Post for anything like this again.

Either the site is not kept updated or the letter I am waiting for is coming walking from Mississauga to BC…?

Why offer “track your package” when it never updates?? The “map” doesn’t move.. it’s been saying the same thing since the day I placed the order… last update was March 27th… Are you telling me it’s been sitting at the same spot for 5 days??? Tracking option is useless.. why offer something, you can’t do??

I couldn’t get better service anywhere. Their XPress Mail is second to none and far better than any courier. Their stores have everything you need to ship items with and the best collectible stamps!

The old pony express it is ,except they were faster .time to come to the new age of delivery

You pay for it but it was very fast as promised across our country.

This service should not associate itself with canada.
