very bad impression and will never use it in my life time

It says my package was delivered. Sure it was, to a different city hundreds of kilometres away! Terrible service, and trying to get customer service is a nightmare!

Anyone know how to find your package when it's not been delivered

Package delivered?? Not in my mail box. It would be too big hvnt received a notice to pick up. Delivered March 17th now March 28th???

Tracking tells me package was delivered on March 17th. Notice to pick up at post office not received. Package would be too big for a community mail box???

I don't see Canada post delivered on time DHL and others are doing effectively in a very short period of time. I will never use Canada post service any more. I am sorry.

I am sending a postage-paid parcel returning a sample to the US. The service has so far been much faster than the shipment from the US to me and I appreciate that!

Tracking is mediocre at best . More ads than anything, next time I will use fedex. They have a much better set up and are more reasonably priced

Parcel got delivered to a town near me by error. Now it's been rerouted back to Montreal. Good thing I really need this parcel within the next 2 weeks. We will see..

I sent a package March 20th from Moncton New Brunswick to Middleton Nova Scotia. I had a tracking number. I would check periodically to see where it was. Now here's where it gets interesting. They sent it to Halifax which is in the opposite direction. After Halifax they sent it to Middleton but here's the part that got me irritated. I thought great it'll get delivered. They sent it back to Halifax. Why I have no idea and neither do they. I should have went with my original plan and used UPS. I'll never use Canada post again

Instead of Monday my package was delivered on Saturday, two days earlier. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately, I posted a letter in 6 days with express mail, it took 1 day to send and it cost 56 dollars, but unfortunately the letter has not been sent from Vancouver to Toronto.
