Absolutely terrible , this organization has a huge network and issues will surface no doubt , but accountability is out the window , they lose or misplace a lot of parcels . Maybe they need to resolve the issues that are causing so many parcels to go missing , revamp their process ?? Maybe it’s an issue for loss prevention to tackle or maybe govt needs to step in and figure this out . Overall service is poor with generic answers to questions and difficult to find live customer service people that are genuine and want to help resolve complaints .

What the hell has happened to Canada Post? I had a package mail to me by Xpresspost in St. John’s on March 6, arrived Winnipeg on March 8. I am in a community one hour plane ride north and it is now March 21. It still says “In transit”. This is not the first time this has happened. No one tells the public the outrageous rates they charge for Xpresspost is really for “the pony express “. They don’t even deserve a half star. It is time for government to step in and clean up this mess.

Hopelessly waiting on a package that hasn't been updated in 10 days

My package has been held in Toronto customs since March 2nd, I have tried to reach out and get basic uninformed answer. Priority post yeah right. Ask for info an email and nothing

My package hasn't moved since Thursday? Still in mississauga? What the heck. It was mailed 4 days ago

I allowed over two weeks to get a trackable package from Hamilton to Cochrane Alberta. It's been four days and tracking shows its still sitting in Mississauga! What the heck! There's a birthday item in it. Valentines never made it all all!

Our package has been in Mississauga since last Thurs. All tracking shows is in transit. Post office said. 3 -5 business days to arrive. No new info on tracking site. JUST IN TRANSIT

They said will take 2-3 days and is now 6 days im not happy and still not delivery bad service and I pay extra money to get fast
