  • Canada Post has the worst service ever. They made me lose a great opportunity because my passport was not delivered on time after it reached their station. They have also delivered my partner's passport to the wrong address and made him apply for a new one. So HORRIBLE!!

  • Lost my passport along with my birth certificate and my old passport was handed with mud all over it. How can y’all be professional when you loose someone’s legal documents?it’s been over months and still no news on my passport or where y’all lost it and the old lady at shoppers who’s the supervisor at the mall post had the audacity to act like it wasn’t their fault lmao ok you know I could sue you for loosing legal documents that are not from this country because it was my home country passport you guys lost. Please do a better job because not only you are making other people’s lives miserable but also I can’t trust y’all with any deliveries anymore.

  • The worst, brutal. The tracking options are a joke. If the tracking says it is expected today, guaranteed, you will receive package 5 -6 business days later, not including weeks, or if the wind is blowing, or people cross the road, or sun is to bright, or.......so many factors, I will let you all know if I get a package on time.....you will never hear from me again

  • Absolutely terrible , this organization has a huge network and issues will surface no doubt , but accountability is out the window , they lose or misplace a lot of parcels . Maybe they need to resolve the issues that are causing so many parcels to go missing , revamp their process ?? Maybe it’s an issue for loss prevention to tackle or maybe govt needs to step in and figure this out . Overall service is poor with generic answers to questions and difficult to find live customer service people that are genuine and want to help resolve complaints .

  • What the hell has happened to Canada Post? I had a package mail to me by Xpresspost in St. John’s on March 6, arrived Winnipeg on March 8. I am in a community one hour plane ride north and it is now March 21. It still says “In transit”. This is not the first time this has happened. No one tells the public the outrageous rates they charge for Xpresspost is really for “the pony express “. They don’t even deserve a half star. It is time for government to step in and clean up this mess.
