Very disappointed in change to tracking reporting. We used to get exact times at each location and then when paid for a signature, we saw the signature. Why pay for it now? You can't even tell if anyone signed for it! And noteworthy in my case is that the dates of both sending the Xpresspost and receipt of it are WRONG on the second level screen. We sent on July 3 (per postal receipt) and delivery on the first main screen shows July 4. On second level detailed screen shows submitted on July 2 and delivery on July 3. Pretty bad tracking eh?

I paid extra for special delivery, it was delivered 2 days later than promised, lousy service. I think postal workers should be working every day of the week like the rest of us!!

Overall I believe that this is a good service. It does not compare to the tracking available from Amazon but it came close towards the end. My package happened to be shipped just before the long weekend and that may have slowed things down.

It never seems to fail that my express post delivery, has once again not made it on time! Today is now 8 days since it was sent. I pay 30$ to watch my package go to the same place over and over, or it goes somewhere else, I can send the same thing in regular mail and have it arrive sooner! I will be demanding a refund yet once again for terrible service.

I give Canada Post a zero rating. I was notified on June 26th, by mail, that they were "temporarily" suspending delivery service to my home starting on June 17th. This was due to construction on my street and it took them 9 days to notify me and my neighbours. It's too dangerous for the letter carriers and parcel deliveries because of a bit of mud, temporary water lines and some construction equipment, and that I had to travel 10km round trip to get my mail. There are 3 post offices between my home and the sorting station they force me to go to. Meanwhile, every other delivery company has still been delivering with a smile, and children walk up and down the street daily to/from school without adult supervision. The construction workers even act as a crossing guard to stop traffic and let them cross the street. Canada Post is not what it used to be.

Canada post is so slow. My parcel was to arrive 2days ago. Part is sitting in London, 40 minutes away and nobody could put it on the truck. Now I have to wait a week for it to be delivered. Guess they wanted to start the long weekend early.

Waiting for a part, almost three weeks. Just got a notice that the parcel is lost and shipper is sending another part. Meanwhile the campsite we have to extend our stay at a pricey cost. Almost 85.00 a day for cheap seats. I will go broke waiting. There is no '0', for rating...
