My niece sent me a birthday card 10 days before my birthday. She lives in the same town. 6 months later I wondered if she had mistakenly sent me someone else’s card. However it was post marked 10 days before my birthday. Where was it for those 6 months? She could have walked here in less than 2 hours. SNAIL MAIL is a good name for Canada Post.

In mess not organized always received wrong mails for other people. You are slow; I was expecting an important mail from the government I should receive it by may instead I received it in mid June. And another parcel marked delivered in fact I did not receive it and I am not sure where it is. Honestly I don’t trust using Canada post service to not lose my packages or mails if there is an option to choose another carrier I would prefer it. Sorry guys but you have to do some serious changes your lost people credibility.

I ordered something from BC,last Tuesday,it said it was supposed on arrive Thursday, then it said,Friday....today,Friday,the said it would arrive on Monday...and to make that even better,not 5 mins ago ,I just got another message stating it was JUST LEAVING the post office of origin...IT HASNT MOVED 20 FEET SINCE TUESDAY???!!!??WTF?;!!!...and since they don't work on weekends,I won't receive the package until Tuesday or Wednesday,NEXT WEEK!!!,NOT ACCEPTABLE...I am now switching my parcel delivery service to a competitor, I'd advise the same to everyone reading these reviews on Canada post!!!!!

The tracking system is very poor. My item was shipped the morning of July 2 and it is now the afternoon of July 5 and the last update on the tracking webpage was when the item was picked up on July 2. Surely the package has made some progress between July 2 and July 5. Even if they were shipping the package by bike, it would have made it out of Ontario by now.

Very disappointed in change to tracking reporting. We used to get exact times at each location and then when paid for a signature, we saw the signature. Why pay for it now? You can't even tell if anyone signed for it! And noteworthy in my case is that the dates of both sending the Xpresspost and receipt of it are WRONG on the second level screen. We sent on July 3 (per postal receipt) and delivery on the first main screen shows July 4. On second level detailed screen shows submitted on July 2 and delivery on July 3. Pretty bad tracking eh?

I paid extra for special delivery, it was delivered 2 days later than promised, lousy service. I think postal workers should be working every day of the week like the rest of us!!

Overall I believe that this is a good service. It does not compare to the tracking available from Amazon but it came close towards the end. My package happened to be shipped just before the long weekend and that may have slowed things down.

It never seems to fail that my express post delivery, has once again not made it on time! Today is now 8 days since it was sent. I pay 30$ to watch my package go to the same place over and over, or it goes somewhere else, I can send the same thing in regular mail and have it arrive sooner! I will be demanding a refund yet once again for terrible service.
