This is so crazy! Sent a small package on May 3/24. The "Results" show it was accepted at the Post Office on June 2. What - a month later!! The "Map" shows the parcel route going to Los Angeles, fair enough, that's close to the delivery address. But the "Detailed" shows the parcel's current location as Richmond, BC!! I've been tracking this and although it now shows as "Out for Delivery", I'm very skeptical as I've seen this status for at least three weeks. As a private business, Canada Post would have been out of business years ago if they were not a crown corporation. So very, very sad.

How can this be? My parcel (envelope)was mailed in the U.K. on June 2, arrived in Canada (YVR) on the 5th, cleared Customs on the 6th, given to postal system and now its the 11th and it still hasn't arrived in Cowichan Bay...35 miles from Richmond....could this service be any worse? No wonder people use our postal service less and less. signed, frustrated in Cow Bay

People are trying to help, but the system is a different story, trying to contact is impossible, you need to hire a law rep to provide proper documentation, which means you gave up. on a few occasions, you feel like a nuisance, not a customer. Mississauga depo is a black hole

I mailed July 4 and it was delivered July 9. Very important document needing to go into one specific person’s hand who is notoriously bad at communicating so the tracking piece really created a peace of mind for me. As I have yet to hear from the person, as I asked him to do, am not absolutely positive it went to HIS hand, so that is where one mark came off (not sure how Canada Post could make that guarantee and prove it, but there you go).

Package was shipped July 23, 2023, and never arrived.

Outrageously expensive. Slow. Clunky and outdated system. Useless.

Horrible service, slower than molasses and the tracking is the worst of all the carriers I use. However, this is common among all the bloated bureaucracies.

It's already one month ago since my friend sent me the parcel,but until now I don't receive any parcel here in the Philippines. She paid for expensive rate but your service is not good!

Canada post I send a package yesterday but didn’t arrived yet told me 24 hrs.

paid 301 dollars june 5th and it just got shipped today june 9th

Paid 82 dollars to send a package to Portugal. Lady at Canada post me old me 9 days to arrive, here we are 15 days later and package still hasn’t arrived. Horrible service

Eight days to deliver a 1 lb package from Woodlawn (northwest of Ottawa) to Brampton! [450 km]. UPS and Fedex are faster and cheaper. At least I wasn't charged for storage.

I have one customer who's package is 3 weeks late.I have to now pay 200 to him.so paying for all the insurances over the years was just extra money for them I guess.I just got a package delivered with customs charge and box crushed.cant wait to see that comic and how much I lost there.normaly great service disappointing now.

I paid Canada Post's fee for delivery and now they want more money just to tell me why it is delayed.
