I am very disappointed with their service as I sent a package to meet important deadlines from May 9th and was told that it would take 2-3 weeks, and to date, it has not reached its destination. I am so mad as this delay has incurred further unnecessary costs—poor service.

Sent a package from Burlington to Watson Lake Yukon and it only took 4 days. Impressive.

I always trust canada post

Well they did it AGAIN. Parcel sent and was supposed to be delivered yesterday is hung up somewhere. I wouldn't complain but this is not uncommon for our postal service. They have lost items before. Getting reimbursed is a nightmare

Tried tracking an item. Up comes a chat line , what a sham ,they don’t help and they ask for $2 .what a scam for Canada post, your system doesn’t work! O rating!

Tried to track parcel and kept getting a computer response assistant and to get my answer to the problem I had to pay $2. A total scam and rip off!!!

I never send parcel with Canada post, never information after 23 days.

Horrible service. Sent an oversized letter like i have many times over the last year. Same envelope, same contents, same weight. The the counter lady decide it needed to go parcel which is $20 rather than 3. Started tracking at 2 days, eta was 3 days. At 3 days said the parcel was sitting in Edmonton. Couple hours later I got an email from the receiver telling me they got it. Checked tracking again, says its still in Edmonton
