Canada Post is an unreliable destination. There is no guarantee that your letters or parcels will arrive on time, or they may not even reach you.

Sent a parcel (prepaid, flat rate box) on July 18. Four days later it is still sitting at our local post office! Why do I even bother… So I phoned customer service who told me that it would not be delivered until July 31 - truly a WTF moment as the box itself says “up to 7 days within Canada”. Taking into consideration business days and removing the day dropped off, that still makes the estimated delivery 9 days. No wonder customer confidence in Canada post is so low.

Great service! Got my parcel super quick and in great condition! Those folks who are waiting long times for theirs, probably didn’t include their phone# on their parcel. Then there’d be no way for Can Post people to help out if it somehow got misdirected or was missing complete address info. like condo unit # etc.

Contrary to other reviews I read here, my parcel arrived at it's destination exactly when predicted. However the cost was a little tough to swallow. I remember back when you could send an unsealed greeting card for two cents. That's how old I am.

The service when sending packages to my family in AB is the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of using the postal service !

WTF What’s the point in paying extra when it usually arrives at the same time as regular post if it doesn’t get lost! Terrible service! Shame on the government for treating us like s..t!

Regarding parcel tracking 4013252767341724. Completely useless. Have tried for 2 days to enter info on Canada Post web site. Get 2 thirds of info entered then website closes. Piss poor service as usual. Luckily parcel was not very valuable so I don't really care. In future I'm insisting on FEDEX or UNITED PARCEL. Worst postal service on world.

I paid $29.25 to express post a package from Toronto to Calgary. It arrived in Calgary the next day, but has since been sent to Edmonton and now is in some other city in Alberta. WTF Canada Post ???? Are you just completely incompetent ??
