Full of annoying ads which makes use of your website annoying and difficult. You are a public service for god sake not a small business.

Service is too slow. I am dissatisfied of their service

Get some sanity into our postal system. Canada Post is a total screw up and has been for years. Get rid of them, PLEASE

I ship my ukuleles all over the USA, Canada and even Australia by Canada Post. They have always arrived on time and in perfect condition. I find the shipping charges are very reasonable and the service I get is good value for my money.

Canada Post is the best delivery system from all delivery companies. Always is on time and fast. Thank you Canada Post

Canada post service is low I don’t gate the reason why we keep missing our staff ,am tired of it

Mailed a parcel to the UK April 2nd. Paid for insurance and signature on arrival. It never got there and they deemed it "lost" in June. Then they tried to tell me I should never have been allowed to insure it for more than $500 as that was the maximum. Then they told me they were looking into my background to see if I had done anything like this before as if had they would deny the claim. So they try to make me out to be fraudulent when they lost my parcel. They then said they would as a "gesture of goodwill" honour the amount I insured it for. No amount of money could replace the items. I believe they were stolen but they can't be bothered to actually waste time looking in to it. Absolutely disgusting.

As if I did not pay enough for my expedited parcel, now they want to charge me to help with tracking! No thank you!

Very happy with the service! I send parcels to Nova Scotia, Alberta and Newfoundland on a regular basis. I find they arrive on time and in good shape always!

What an absolute joke. Ordered off of prime almost 2 weeks ago and my packages worth over 2500$ were shipped using Canada post. Still have not received half my packages. What is honestly just so embarrassing for Canada post is that I made an order on Temu a day later and am currently writing this review the clothes I have received BEFORE my expensive Amazon orders. Canada post is a huge waste of time with little consideration for customers. Everyday it says packages arriving at 8pm, and then after 8 it changes to the day after. Waste of my time and money, truly awful service.

I sent a parcel to Croatia June 21,2024. So far it is still in transit. I am disappointed because I paid high price for delivering.

I paid for expedited shipping and was suppose to be here yesterday!!Now it changed to tomorrow .Canada how can your service be this slow.Paid 28.75 expedited shipping .What a waste of money for a service you don’t provide !!

Worst service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on expedited service on July 19th, then they changed the date to 23rd July and 23rd service time is over I did not receive the parcel. I would neverrecommend canada post to anyone.
