It was very difficult to use this website trying to navigate through all the ads to find any information about my package. Come on Canada Post - this is shameful. You've sold your soul to the highest advertiser at the expense of the customer!

They do a darn good job !

It used to be so easy to track a parcel. Trackurpack is useless~~~waited for 2 minutes and it still hadn’t loaded any information!

I really appreciated your prompt services. I sent my mail Yesterday and it reached the destination today.

Great quick service

Paid for 2 day delivery- took 3 days - looks like it sat in originating Canada Post Office for 1 day before being sent out. These were important documents that needed to be couriered out asap.

Got my rush passport. Life saver. Thanks.

Why my parcel didn’t arrive

Not happy, 1 day now 2 days but now it’s 4 days and nothing for a really important document. Never again especially for that price.

Not registered my tracking number

Have never had a problem with Canada post. My parcels have always been delivered when they say or earlier. Love Canada post, good job people!!

Drop off parcel on a Wednesday. Paid for priority post 2 day delivery. Followed tracking number and found out that it was delivered on Monday. Don't get me wrong, the parcel was delivered but I paid for 2 day delivery and it took 5. What's up with that!!!!
