Terrible service, I shipped my package from Toronto to Mississauga a week ago, I was told it would take max 2 days since it’s not going far. My package hasn’t moved in 3 days

Tracking service is a joke. Paid for next day and it arrived on the 2nd day before business hours then the recipient had to go and pick it up. No redelivery attempts. I’ll send it UPS or Purolator next time.

Again this pkge was to take 8 days to be delivered. It is now Aug 5th, they were sent July 16th. Why so long, paid the amount to be tracked.

I sent 2 pages on July 16th, was told they would be there within8 days. They are sill enrolled to destinations. These need to be delivered asap. That is why I paid to track. Not a happy customer.

Paid over $35 for overnight shipping. 4 days later, STILL NOT RECEIVED. My job depends on this. Regular mail would have been more efficient Zero star review

I've been waiting for a package that went through regular mail, and it's been 5 weeks. I suppose if they had of paid $25, I would have it. No tracking means no service. Very disappointed.

This website is ridiculous; it used to be easy and efficient to track your packages, now the information provided is scant and inaccurate. It doesn’t even have the correct mailing dates!

Your service now is far inferior to what it was a few weeks ago. I can’t get any info on my package except where it was mailed!

What’s up with the barrage of ads that constantly pop up while I am tracking my package? Annoying. Can u have a tracking site that can at least tell me where my package is and when it is expected to arrive? 10 minutes later and I still can’t find these details.
