Last Package from Ottawa to New Port Richey Florida arrived 3 days early. Chocolate Canadian Goodies didn't melt. USPS idiots delivered it to neighbors house next door. At least they got it to the neighbor. So USPS kinda stupid. Address all in large Block Lettering but they managed to screw it up at the final destination. Just sent a second box. Crossing my fingers...

I wish I could do no stars I sent toys for my brand new nephew from Canada to the United States There were no updates once it left Canada and after two weeks, they think they lost it!!! They charge $35 to send some thing from Canada to North Carolina and they lose it. They don’t call us. We have to call them track them down provide all the information and they just say it’s lost. Super pissed

Really sad with the canada post service, it shows they delivered my parcel in community mail box two days ago,but there is nothing,m still waiting for it

I sent a letter out on August 7th and paid $18.00 to have it sent by express post. The tracking shows it did not arrive at the destination until August 17th and, I sent it from Alliston, Ontario to go to Toronto. This process took longer than regular mail so it was just a waste of money on my opinion. There should be some sort of repercussions for Canada Post not fulfilling the guaranteed quick delivery. I was very disappointed in the service provided to me.

i send parcel uk on 3Aug canada post told me if you send regular delivery it take time 11-12 days if you take express delivery then only one week now when i search my parcel there is nothing show correct information. very bad experience with canada post. i pay extra amount for express delivery.

I mailed a parcel on June 23 to Nunavut from Oshawa. It has been sitting in Winnipeg since June 26 and is still not there. I opened a “ticket” on Aug 2 to find out what is happening with it and have heard nothing back. Shame on Canada Post! This service is unacceptable.

It’s no wonder Can Post is losing millions each year on the tax payers dime. Waiting a week so far for a small pkg 150 miles away.

Worst tracking ever. Nothings ever updated. Once your package is handed over to Canada post have fun tracking it.

Worst tracking site ever experienced. Cannot locate package in real time. Each prompt suggests more ads than information on your package. It’s like a maze of advertisements. Canada post has dropped the ball on What was once a good experience

Called to verify my package was at facility and the CP worker was a complete jerk for no reason at all. I called him out for his rudeness. CP needs to do better with their reps. This guy didn’t deserve that job with that attitude.

You charged me $49.28 to send a small package from Lillooet to Langley. Priority post said three days. It’s now been 6! Such bs.

Been 2 weeks since express was sent from Alberta to BC, received "nothing so far", a lame donkey could deliver this quicker. Absolutely the worse service out there. Would not recommend Canada Post to anyone!!!

Horrible Service by Canada Post.It’s showing my parcel arrived at Mississauga location on 24 July and after that no update from Canada post. It’s getting worser day by day. All wrong updates
