Have sent several packages from Edmonton to my family in Birtle Manitoba in the last year. All packages were delivered intact and either on time or early! Very pleased with the delivery process for Canada post!

I recently got my parcel shipped from India to Canada. However, I’m disappointed this time. This time my parcel arrived really late and then the day it came they just left a note outside my door. I saw the Canada post truck from my window and by the time I went outside, they’d left a note. I was so confused as they did not ring the bell and I even checked my bell later to make sure it was working. It really didn’t make sense to me. Later when I went to the store to get my parcel, the lady working there didn’t want to give my parcel. She said come tomorrow even tho they had my parcel. This was actually really frustrating as I’m not free for this bullshit to come and pick up my parcel whenever they want me to. She was just being lazy to give it that day. They really don’t respect our time and it’s all just a joke to them. I’m really really disappointed by Canada post. Wouldn’t even like to give 1 star.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent delivery I received from your courier service. The package, which was sent with great care and affection from my parents in India, arrived in an unacceptable condition. Upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that all my clothes were wet and contaminated with garbage and wet sand. This is not only extremely distressing but also a complete disregard for the condition and value of the items that were sent with love and at a considerable cost. The damage and unsanitary condition of the package are inexcusable. I paid for this service and expected a certain standard of care and professionalism, which was clearly not met. It is disheartening to see that the handling of my items was so careless, and it feels like my money has been wasted. I urge others to be cautious and avoid using this service, as their lack of concern for handling items properly could lead to similar unpleasant experiences. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and hope that steps will be taken to address this issue to prevent it from happening to others.

Canada Post lost two packages in three months and now my day delivery is already two weeks late from Calgary but in transit from where China. Customer services gives no explanations and says they will investigate but never do.

Sent a package from Quinte West, ON to Abitibi, QC. It was a medical brace, urgent.. i paid fast shipping (2 days) and my package is now in Alberta!!! WTF been 4 days and its not délivrer yet !! We want a refund

Last Package from Ottawa to New Port Richey Florida arrived 3 days early. Chocolate Canadian Goodies didn't melt. USPS idiots delivered it to neighbors house next door. At least they got it to the neighbor. So USPS kinda stupid. Address all in large Block Lettering but they managed to screw it up at the final destination. Just sent a second box. Crossing my fingers...

I wish I could do no stars I sent toys for my brand new nephew from Canada to the United States There were no updates once it left Canada and after two weeks, they think they lost it!!! They charge $35 to send some thing from Canada to North Carolina and they lose it. They don’t call us. We have to call them track them down provide all the information and they just say it’s lost. Super pissed

Really sad with the canada post service, it shows they delivered my parcel in community mail box two days ago,but there is nothing,m still waiting for it

I sent a letter out on August 7th and paid $18.00 to have it sent by express post. The tracking shows it did not arrive at the destination until August 17th and, I sent it from Alliston, Ontario to go to Toronto. This process took longer than regular mail so it was just a waste of money on my opinion. There should be some sort of repercussions for Canada Post not fulfilling the guaranteed quick delivery. I was very disappointed in the service provided to me.

i send parcel uk on 3Aug canada post told me if you send regular delivery it take time 11-12 days if you take express delivery then only one week now when i search my parcel there is nothing show correct information. very bad experience with canada post. i pay extra amount for express delivery.

I mailed a parcel on June 23 to Nunavut from Oshawa. It has been sitting in Winnipeg since June 26 and is still not there. I opened a “ticket” on Aug 2 to find out what is happening with it and have heard nothing back. Shame on Canada Post! This service is unacceptable.

It’s no wonder Can Post is losing millions each year on the tax payers dime. Waiting a week so far for a small pkg 150 miles away.

Worst tracking ever. Nothings ever updated. Once your package is handed over to Canada post have fun tracking it.
