I sent out a package to my friend that lives in the states, the worker there was very rude when I asked to see the label to make sure everything was right and she told me it would be there in 6-8 business days and it’s still not at the destination. I’ve shipped 2 packages to my friend in 2023 both packages arrived on time or early. I haven’t even got updates on this since the 21st, come on Canada post..

It is super ridiculous that they cannot deliver on time with just a small package! People who cannot do their regular job should be fired!!!!!

Canada Post is very good for what they are doing. They are fast and always delivery.

I always send my mail thru Canada Post. So far no problem with the delivery.

Sorry guys this is not good enough. When I paid postage they said I was guaranteed 4 business days.........it's gone way over that.......very disappointing when it's planned...sounded too good to be true....you let me down and disappointed the recipients..........

I Sent a Package from Ontario to my Uncle In Moncton Newbrunswick and Paid ALot more money to get it there In Two Business Days. It should have been there on a Tuesday at Noon but my Uncle said It Arrived on the Thursday Instead. I paid the extra Money and Canada Post didn't deliver on time.

I suppose to get my percale three days ago, I didn't get it until now.

Have sent several packages from Edmonton to my family in Birtle Manitoba in the last year. All packages were delivered intact and either on time or early! Very pleased with the delivery process for Canada post!

I recently got my parcel shipped from India to Canada. However, I’m disappointed this time. This time my parcel arrived really late and then the day it came they just left a note outside my door. I saw the Canada post truck from my window and by the time I went outside, they’d left a note. I was so confused as they did not ring the bell and I even checked my bell later to make sure it was working. It really didn’t make sense to me. Later when I went to the store to get my parcel, the lady working there didn’t want to give my parcel. She said come tomorrow even tho they had my parcel. This was actually really frustrating as I’m not free for this bullshit to come and pick up my parcel whenever they want me to. She was just being lazy to give it that day. They really don’t respect our time and it’s all just a joke to them. I’m really really disappointed by Canada post. Wouldn’t even like to give 1 star.

The package, which was sent with great care and affection from my parents in India, arrived in an unacceptable condition. Upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that all my clothes were wet and contaminated with garbage and wet sand. This is not only extremely distressing but also a complete disregard for the condition and value of the items that were sent with love and at a considerable cost. The damage and unsanitary condition of the package are inexcusable. I paid for this service and expected a certain standard of care and professionalism, which was clearly not met. It is disheartening to see that the handling of my items was so careless, and it feels like my money has been wasted. I urge others to be cautious and avoid using this service, as their lack of concern for handling items properly could lead to similar unpleasant experiences. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and hope that steps will be taken to address this issue to prevent it from happening to others.

Canada Post lost two packages in three months and now my day delivery is already two weeks late from Calgary but in transit from where China. Customer services gives no explanations and says they will investigate but never do.

Sent a package from Quinte West, ON to Abitibi, QC. It was a medical brace, urgent.. i paid fast shipping (2 days) and my package is now in Alberta!!! WTF been 4 days and its not délivrer yet !! We want a refund
